Policies & Questions

Your appointment is very important to me and is prepped for your specific needs. I understand that rescheduling appointments is sometimes necessary, therefore I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and reschedules. No-show or same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee. This policy helps me manage my schedule and offer openings to clients on my waiting list.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full session fee will still apply.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show and you will be charged accordingly.
I understand unexpected situations occur. If you are ill (fever, contagious symptoms, etc.), I ask that you reschedule as soon as possible.
Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before booking your next appointment.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation policy.

Thai massage/yoga is a meditative style of bodywork originating from Thailand, and was likely influenced by both Southeast Asian and Indian systems of medicine.
During Thai massage, oils are rarely used. The recipient wears lightweight, loose, and/or stretchy clothing, and lays on a mat on the floor to receive the treatment.
The practitioner uses a combination of rhythmic compressions, stretches, and rocking movements to help create space in the recipient's body, mind, and spirit.
